He dominatesthe online illegal gambling market for South Koreans by the use of kidnapping,assault, and murder. In South Korea, Jang Dong-Cheol (Lee Dong-Hwi) is thegenius CEO of an IT business. He works on setting up an even bigger onlineillegal gambling site. Ma Suk-Do now works to crush the villains Baek Chang-Kiand Jang Dong-Cheol.
