Synopsis:
Soichi Negishi is a boy (still a virgin) who loves trendy easy-listening pop music like Swedish Pop.He left his mother and his hometown for Tokyo, dreaming to make a debut as a professional singer with the music he loves. However, instead, he ends up being hired by Death-Records with a slave-like contract, being forced to sing not trendy, not pop but truly satanical Death-Metals. Being set up as the lead guitar-vocalist Johannes Krauser II of the Death-Metal band Detroit Metal City (aka DMC), he ends up making an indie-record debut. Contrary to his sentiment and intention, his inner self and hidden gift as a Metal artist flowers at a staggering speed. And the band becomes a smash hit overnight. DMC crazes the world by its radical performance and hilarious lyrics.What upsets him more is that his dream girl met in college, Yuri, now works for a Trendy music magazine, hates DMCs music and style. In order to win her heart, Soichi has to hide his identity of Krauser II . Swapping between the roles of the bastard Krauser II and the sweet Soichi drive him mad and his stupid lies turn out to be funny jokes!
