operation. Baek Chang-Ki (Kim Moo-Yul) is based in
the Philippines. He dominatesthe online illegal
gambling market for South Koreans by the use of
kidnapping,assault, and murder. In South Korea,
Jang Dong-Cheol (Lee Dong-Hwi) is thegenius CEO of
an IT business. He works on setting up an even
bigger online illegalgambling site. Ma Suk-Do now
works to crush the villains Baek Chang-Ki and
JangDong-Cheol.
