Synopsis :
It is a sizzling simmer afternoon. Little Masao is left living alone with his grandmother without soccer and friends around. Always wondering what his mother looks like, Masao decides to take off in search of her. But only with an address, how can the little boy manage a trip across the country alone? Both luckily and unluckily enough, Masao is accompanied by the kind-hearted neighbor Kikujiro, who is at the same time brash, lousy, and loudmouthed.
