Synopsis:
One fine morning in spring, hairstylist Emilie (Andrey Tautou) receiveds a love letter , beautiful, inspiring but anoymous. She throws it in the trash at first, without knowing that it can be the key to save her mother (Natalie Baye), who is self-isolated and depressive since her husband left. Without too much thinking, she sends the letter to her mother. But Emilie dosen't know yet the author of the letter is actually Jean, her shy staff in her hair salon. However, she can never imagine that such gesture leads to a series of misinterpretations and misunderstandings which becomes out of control...
