Synopsis :
Three-time winner of Hong Kong Film Awards

romance within a meaningful political and
historical context in Starry Is The Night.
David Wu was named “Best New Performer” in his
debut as a troubled delinquent in Macau who
learns the meaning of life from a mature,
beautiful social worker (Brigitte Lin Ching-
hsia). She is scarred by memories of a romance
twenty years earlier with her professor (George
Lam Tsz-cheung). And flashbacks to 1967 reveal
Hong Kong in the midst of Cultural Revolution-
